It looks like there is a bug that causes the border on the grid to not be drawn correctly in IE when the grid has a combobox inside the toolbar template. See your demo page:

Hello Richard,
I don't see any missing or incorrectly drawn borders on the mentioned demo. Can you please clarify with a screenshot?

Hi Richard,
I can reproduce a similar visual appearance only if I change the zoom level of the browser, however, we have no control over how elements will be rendered in this case. Using the standard 100% zoom level results in conrrect behavior.
