Why isnt the video in Silverlight, and would it be possible to have a download link for the video so we can watch offline? (and for those without the FlashPlayer?)

Which video exactly do you mean? We usually upload all the videos to our video library at tv.telerik.com.

As an example. Some of my colleages don't have the right version of Flash to watch the video properly, but they do have Silverlight (as we develop Silverlight applications with your products). As mentioned, a download link would also be good in a suitable format such as wmv so it will play in the default Windows Media Player.
Oh, and when I say "video in Silverlight" I mean a Silverlight player as opposed to FlashPlayer.
