Hi,

I downloaded Graphile (setup.exe). When I run it it says "Verifying application requirements. This may take few minutes"  and vanishes. A short cut in my start menu has been created. I can see that Icenium.Graphite.exe is running in Processes, but nothing shows up. I am running it on Windows XP. Please help.

Regards,
Sudhakar.

Hello Sudhakar,

Do you have Service pack 3 installed on your windows XP machine?

We are supporting only XP with SP3 installed.

Hi Sudhakar,

Open the Windows Start menu -> select Run -> type winver and attach a screenshot of what that screen shows. We would also need the Windows event logs for any errors that might have been logged upon Graphite installation. If you have any firewalls or antivirus programs running, please disable them temporary to see if the installation would go through.
