Dear Telerik Team,

I have got a problem working with Telerik.Windows.Documents.FormatProviders.Pdf.PdfFormatProvider().Export(myRadDocument). When I convert a rad document into an array of bytes and email it I see it in my gmail. But when I try to view it using a standard google viewer it shows a blank page without any text on it. However, if I save it as a file and open with acrobat reader I can see the content!!!

The problem exists in either Silverlight and WPF versions.

Best,

Anthony.

Hi Anthony,

Unfortunately, we are not able to answer your question. As there are quite a few PDF viewers, it is not possible to test the export with all of them and the PDF specification is our main guide. The RadRichTexBox control exports its documents in accordance with the related rules of the PDF specification and we don't know what may be causing the behavior of the Google viewer.
