[Solved] google like fitering on GRID

Is it possible to do a google like filtering on MVC Grid?  This feature is available on ASP.NET Ajax but not MVC.  Has anyone able to port this over to MVC?  Can you give me the sample code if you've done this?  Thanks.
P.S. I am trying to avoid user having to open the filter.

I'm afraid that there is not such functionality available out-of-the box. However, you may check the following code library which demonstrates how filter-as-you-type functionality can be achieved.
