My bad - the web team had moved the page and I didn't update the link. The correct URL is :
http://www.telerik.com/asp-net-controls/ui-components/atlas.aspx
I actually suggest that you bookmark http://www.telerik.com/atlas which will redirect you to the Atlas pages at all times, regardless of the actual position of the page.
