I need some good links to getting starteed with Gridview. I am finding the demo samples a bit more complicated for a starter like me.

Thanks for your prompt response. I have started with the links you pointed me to and presently wotking on the first project:Adding RadGridview to project and enocuntered a very basic problem. Could not fiind the Silverlight Radcontrols in the toolbox, so I have posted a ticket to tech support.
