I installed the Telerik Radcontrols for Silverlight Q2 2009
Then I downloaded RadControls_for_Silverlight3_2009_2_724_trial.zip
I could not find a readme or other instructions so I
unzipped the files to C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for Silverlight Q2 2009\Binaries\Silverlight
According to the help text for the grid I add 4 file references to my project
Telerik.windows.controls
telerik.windows.controls.gridview (help text suggest RadGridView but I can't find a dll named telerik.windows.controls.radgridview)
Telerik.Windows.controls.input
telerik.windows.controls.data
I then open the toolbox and try and find the grid view to drag onto my xaml and I can't find it
What do I need to do?

I got this running by opening the vb sample for the grid (the vb version doesn't compile - which is why I went to read the help text) and adding the navigation and quickstart references to my project.
The grid looks great.
