Getting snapshot never finishes

Getting snapshot never finishes. Progress indicator keeps spinning for minutes. I rebooted. Still same problem. Using sampling & Tracing Profiler's on ASP.NET in VS 2008, Windows 7 64 bit. Version 530.

I installed the new version and now VS 2008 crashes every single time when I run my app in debug mode. I reinstalled justTrace and it just crashes VS 2008. It's unusable in this state. I uninstalled it.

The release version crashes my VS 2008 every time. I am surprised it has been released. I have never been able to use this product. It has been one showstopper after another.

Thank you for your feedback. We need more information to reproduce the crash on our side. Can you provide us with a list of installed add-ins/extensions (if any) and VS2008 version (do you have any service pack installed)? Is VS2008 crashing at start time or when you try to debug an application? Is VS2008 crashing with simple hello-world-like console application? Is it an option to send us crash dump file?

If you have other installed add-ins/extensions I would suggest try disable them one by one until you find the conflicting add-in/extension.

It doesn't crash anymore but it doesn't work. The webpage never shows up. IE is stuck at connecting... forever. Disabling justTrace doesn't help. I have to uninstall it.

JustTrace works fine on a new asp.net project with just one webpage.
