[Solved] getting grid clienttemplate value in javascript

Hi, i am having grid with bound columns and one of my column contains clienttemplate to display row index. It is working fine. But how can i get the index value from client template in javascript. the column specification is as follows.

columns.Bound(o => o.TrancheID).Title("No.").ClientTemplate("<#= ++index #>").Width(80).ReadOnly(true);

Pls help me to resolve the issue.
