Hello,

I am importing a docx file to a radflowdocument and I need to be able to find some elements (such as list items) and see what the font properties are of text and make adjustments. I can see all of the lists in the document, but can't figure out how to get the associated text/text properties for them. Is this possible?

Thanks!

In addition to bullet sizes causing me problems, I'm also having major alignment issues when the text associated with a bullet is multi-line. It comes out with the bullet much higher aligned then the text. The alignment is correct in the word document that is being imported. Is there any way for me to adjust this?

Hello Tom,

I tested a sample case and noticed that the properties of the paragraph symbol are not properly evaluated when exporting lists to PDF. Those properties directly affect the properties of the bullet. I logged an issue in our feedback portal and you can track its progress by subscribing to this public item. As mentioned in the description of this item, there is a workaround when the style of all the bullets of the specific list level is the same.

I couldn't reproduce an issue with the alignment, though. Can you please share more details on how we could reproduce it?

Hi Tanya,

Thanks for the reply! I've implemented a similar workaround for bullet size that seems to work for now.

As for bullet alignment, I'm not really doing anything special. I just create a word document that contains a bulleted list. If any of those bullets contain text that spans to multiple lines, the bullet alignment is off in the pdf. This doesn't happen if the text is single line.

Here is a test docx file that I am using that produces the bad output.

Thank you for your help!

Hi Tom,

Thank you for the sample document.

I was able to reproduce the issue - it is reproducible only when the first span in the paragraph included in the list is longer than the line. I added this issue to our backlog and you can subscribe to track its status using the related public item. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a workaround for this case.
