Getting error while installating Rad Controls for Silverlight

Hi @

I have downloaded Rad Controls that supports the Silver Light.. But I am unable to Install this is in my machine.

I am getting the following error when I am trying to Install:
The Installer Package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows Installer package.

I am trying to Install on Microsoft Windows XP Version 2002 Service pack 3... I have VS 2010 installed and Silver light 4 is also installed in my machine.

Please let me know how to porceed. I have to use Rad controls that supports silverlight 4 in one of my applications.

Hello,

Most probably the downloaded MSI installer is corrupted. I would recommend downloading the file again (you could also try clearing the browser cache first) and if the problem persists, you might download the ZIP package and perform manual installation, following the instructions below:
