Getting 403ed out of Telerik UI Virtual Classroom

Hello

I have an account for Telerik UI through my company and I've been going through the Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC.  I have no issue logging in to my course, but the problem is, a few moments after going through a video, I suddenly get a 403 error and I have to navigate back to keep watching.

Is there something I can do to stop this from happening?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with Virtual Classroom. Can you share a bit more details so we can investigate?
What browser are you using and does it happen on every video?
By "navigate back" do you mean just hit the browser back button or go through login again?

This is on Edge.  I haven't tried Chrome or any of the others.  And yes, it seems to happen on every video.

When I say navigate back, I mean just hit the back button, I don't need to log in again.

Unfortunately we are still unable to reproduce it. Can you share what version of edge you are using?
Can you also try in a different browser and in edge's private mode to see if the issue still manifests?
