Hi,

I have run into and issue where I have a non-filled polygon on the map which disappears when there is only edge visible.

1) Draw polygon
2) Zoom in so that only a portion can be shown.
3) Pan the map so that only one edge is visible.
4) Observe the polygon disappear.
5) Pan so that another edge should be visible.
6) Observe the polygon reappear.

I don't know if this also affects filled polygons as I haven't tested that scenario.

Cheers,
Clint

Hello Clint,

Thank you for elaborating on this issue.

Indeed we were able to reproduce the problem in our local tests and we must admit this is a bug related to the calculation of the map polygon visibility (the current approach sometimes gives wrong result).

We have logged this in our bugtracking system and we will make sure it is fixed for the 2010.Q1 official release.
