Hello everyone,
I am currently developing a Windows 8 Metro app that shows different SSRS reports on it. I have been using Telerik charting controls to display the charts, and so far everything is awesome. However, I have now been asked to display a Geographical Chart. I searched the Telerik site and found that WPF seems to have these charts, or something like them, but have not been able to find the same in the Windows 8 Metro charting controls.
Can someone please confirm my fears that this type of chart is not available? If it is, and you could tell me how to go about creating one, I would be much obliged. If it is not available, does anyone know if it will be any time soon? I realize that these controls are a WIP and that new features may be released in coming updates, but don't know how to go about finding out what is planned for the coming updates.
I need to answer my customer with if this is going to be possible, now or in the near future, come Monday, so if anyone can please help me out with some information here, I would be hugely grateful.

If I understand you correctly, by Geographical Chart you mean RadMap control. Currently we do not have it in our suit, however if there is a high demand for it we will consider it as a future addition.

Thank you very much for your reply. I do think we are now thinking about the same thing, but just in case, below is an explanation of what I am trying to do...
Pretty much, we have a bunch of data that is split up between countries. We would like to show a map of the world, have different colors for the countries that we have data for and have a number show up on that country that corresponds to the data (say Items bought in that country that are part of a specific item grouping).
The wording of RadMap seems that this would be the same. If it is not, and there is something available to do this, please let me know.
