Hello,
I upgraded to the latest release of Telerik controls. the upgrade removed the silverlight menu from VS 2010.
For the first time, I added Gauge control to my application but I get error through out my app. Xaml can't parse. when i remove the referece, everything works.

Does anyone know why?

Thanks,
Kam

I uninstall the latest version Telerik 2011 Q1 SP1 and reinstall Telerik 2011 Q1 only. I was able to add the control to the page. but I run the aaplication the xaml file does not parse. I get the following error message.

Element is already the child of another element. [Line: 0 Position: 0]

if I remove the control, everything works perfectly.

Any idea?

Hi Kamal Mostofi,

Unfortunately it is very complicated and it is hard to reproduce the problem without your code.
Could you, please, send to us your solution?

Kind regards,

Hi,
The solution is a big one.
I installed 2011 Q1 SP1. The installation removed the option "Upgrade silverlight...." from Telerik menu. I added the gauge dll to the reference folder. I add the Gauge control to the page, and xaml fails to parsed.
I uninstall Telerik and reinstall 2011 Q1. I add the reference and control to the page, run the application then I get that error message. in my initial email.
When I remove the reference and the control, everything works perfectly.

Hello Kamal Mostofi,

Unfortunately we can't reproduce the problem.
Could you, please, send to us a small sample solution which reproduces the error?
