Gantt control in UWP?

Hello community,

I know that Telerik UWP package does not include the Gatt control. Still I am wondering if the Gantt control from the WPF package can be used with UWP?

If someone has tried it, please share your experience.

Hello Hamza,

The UI for WPF controls cannot be used directly within a UWP application as WPF and UWP are different frameworks.

However there is an approach you can use that would allow for the use of a Telerik RadGanttView in a running UWP app. You can build your application as a WPF application and then use the Desktop App converter to create a UWP app package.

Note that the application is still a WPF app, please read this to learn more about using the UWP Desktop App converter.

If you'd like to see a GanttView control in the UI for UWP suite, you can add a feature request here and people can vote on it. We use this portal when considering new features and to prioritize bug reports.
