Hi Support, Please can you review one of the geographic entries with your IP location provider. This site appears in Eqatec Analytics as IP 203.185.193.30 but is labelled "Surry Hills" near Sydney in the state of New South Wales in Australia. The site should be somewhere in Brisbane, the state of Queensland in Australia. This service locates it correctly: http://www.infosniper.net/index.php?ip_address=203.185.193.30&map_source=1&overview_map=1&lang=1&map_type=1&zoom_level=7 I know this information will never be perfectly up to date, but this is one of our major "customers" and it would be great if it was correct. Hi Derek Sorry for this late reply, we have a five-day weekend surrounding easter here in Denmark, so I haven't gotten around to your question yet. I see the issue and I'll make sure that we run a refresh on our geo-ip database. We use a 3rd party database which we update periodically and I have verified that their latest update correctly maps to Brisbane while our current maps to Surry Hills. We expect to be down for maintenance this coming weekend and I'll make sure that the update of the geo-ip database is performed as well. We normally do not "retrofit" the updated geo-ips into existing data (since we do not know when the IPs may have changed) but do you have a need for your existing sessions to be updated? Thanks for reporting this, please keep the feedback coming. Best regards Soren EQATEC Team

Thanks S?ren, There is no need to retrofit existing data as I can allow for the change in my reporting. Regards, Derek Campbell
