[Solved] Free text search functionality for Rad gridivew

Hi,

I am using Telerik Rad controls for silverlight version Q2 2009. I need to implement free search functionality for  a rad grid view, can anyone please suggest me how can i achieve this with some sample.

Hi VIAD,

Your reply me helped me alot, but i have a small issue over here. This search is working absoultely fine for string data in the columns. I have one date time column, i am getting casting error when i am doing search. Please help me if you have any similar kind of ticket.
Adding to this i have one more query, in that demo "IsFilteringAllowed=false" , Setting this property is mandatory or optional. Please clarify me
