[Solved] Formatting timespan and AJAX binding

Hi,

I'm trying to create a grid with AJAX binding and formatting of a timespan column. I can't bind to a string since that would mess up sorting for the column.

When I refresh the form, the column just displays lots of [object Object] entries.

According to this post It should be possible, even though the manual says otherwise. Could you please let me know the status on this feature? Is there perhaps some beta version I should be trying?

If this is still not supported, could you please suggest any workaround that would provide proper formatting AND sorting of the column without having to remove AJAX binding?

I just found out that I can work around this by formatting the timespan to a seconds integer and using client-side templates to render it properly as needed.
