Hello,
I'd like to be able to double-click between column headers (on column resize bar) and have the left hand column resize automatically to fit its content. This behavior is pretty much standard for grids. AFAIK currently it's not available for MVC grid. Do you have plans to implement it?

Is there any update on the issue?
I am using the telerik for asp.net mvc4. But unfortunately still the column width is not auto fitting to the content. My scenario is
- Fluid html layout.
- First column (title) should have maximum length
- If the number of characters not fit, then the remaining characters should be hidden. No-wrap and overflow:hidden.
- All other columns should fit with content size.
Any help will be strongly appreciated.
