What about the embedded version of MySQL or VistaDB (when it is supported)?

Hello Chris,

Thanks for asking.

The embedded version of Firebird is supported.

We need to check the embedded versions of MySQL and VistaDB. Once we got it on the Roadmap, you will find another post here,

Hello, at first congratulations, great work.

Hello Iván Tajes,
I believe we are not providing support for the embedded version of MySql. Please tell us more why you want such a support? Is the embedded version popular and widely used?

Best wishes,

Sorry, maybe I explained bad. I'm not asking for technical suport. I ask if OpenAccess ORM works with Embedded MySQL. We are interested in use MySQL Database, and we want to develop an desktop aplication without an external database server. We need that the server were inside our aplication. We want install our aplication in the customer system without be required any more software, having the data in the install forlder of our aplication.
Sorry for my English and thanks for your time.

Hi Iván Tajes,
I understood you correctly. If the embedded database uses the same provider then maybe you can try it out of the box. If the provider is different We have to develop that. (Currently we support the InnoDB implementation).

All the best,
