Filtering Integer GridViewDataColumn

Hi,

I have two grid columns and and one displays string data and the other displays ints. The filtering behavior is different for both i.e. Strings are only filtered after I enter the entire text and then hit Filter, but numbers are filtered as soon as I type.

Is there a way to change the behavior of the int columns to behave exactly like the sting i.e. filter only when the "Filter" button is pressed?

I even tried the demos on your website and they too filter numerics as soon as they're typed!

We release a build called "Latest Internal Build" every Monday. This build is meant for people who cannot wait a month or so until the next official Service Pack. In your account you can find the Latest Internal Build under

Home / Your Account / Your products / RadControls for Silverlight

There you will see:

Latest internal builds

RadControls_for_Silverlight_4_2010_3_1220_TRIAL_hotfix.zip (.zip, 16 MB) Release notes

But since we will be releasing an official Service Pack today or tomorrow, you can wait for the official Service Pack as well.

Hello Rik,

There is no 2010 Q4 release since we have only 3 major releases per yer.

The latest official release is called 2010 Q3 SP1, and yes this Service Pack has this fix.

In fact, our process is the following. Each Monday we release an unofficial release called "Latest Internal Build". When everything is tested, we release an official release from the this same branch called a Service Pack, so all the fixes that gradually accrue with the Latest Internal Builds are finally released officially with the Service Pack.
