[Solved] Filtering data in Grid

Hi,

Is there any way to filter the data by invoking any client side events.
For example in a grid for a employee the salary is zero and I have checkbox outside the grid, If I selected selectbox I should able to filterout the salary with zero by calling any grid events any passing the filter values.
