Hi :)

When I have completed my tasks in a particular story/bug, I'd like to be able to filter them out from those listed when I select My Taskboard so i can easily get a view of my remaining work only.

Is this possible and if so how do i do it?

thanks,

Matt :)

Hi Matt,

The very essence of the Visual boards in TeamPulse is to visually separate work between statuses in swim-lanes.

If you'd like to hide the non finished work, I'd suggest using "My Perspective" in "Tracking Section"

For anyone interested in the solution to my problem above, I spent a little while emailing back and forth with Petar and was able to get exactly what I was looking for by using the "My Perspective" view accessed by the icon sitting to the left of the "My Taskboard" view icon.

I then closed the lowest "Work Completed" section to hide that which I'd completed, and removed all selected statuses against Stories and Bugs in the other two sections.

This then removes all interest in Bugs and Stories themselves however when you set a selected status against a Task, it displays both the Task and the parent Story/Bug so you don't just get a load of orphaned tasks, you can still see where it belongs.

This now gives me the ability to view only those tasks I have "To do" or "In Progress" along with the Story/Bug to which they belong.

Thanks again for the help Petar :)
