Hi I'm using Telerik 2011.3.1116.1040
I was wondering if it's possible to bind a list from my view model to a column filter ?

If you want to populate your own list of distinct values you can use DistinctValuesLoading event in case you want to filter IEnumerable you can check this blog post for more info.
