Hello Steven,
When Fiddler Everywhere cannot add the certificate automatically, that usually means there are some restrictions on your machine. (e.g., administrative policies or security tools) that prevent the proper installation and trust of the Fiddler Root CA.
Try to go through the manual steps described here and then check if your Windows certificate manager contains a user-installed CA named DO_NOT_TRUST_FiddlerRoot. Additionally, consult your system administrators and ensure that no third-party limits the installation of the Fiddler CA.
If you cannot solve the issue, retry the Fiddler certificate's automatic installation, and then send us the Fiddler Everywhere application log files (accessible through Help > Open Application Logs Folder). Note that the logs might contain sensitive information, so please send them through the private ticket.
