Fiddler Anywhere doesn't capture requests from web apps

Fiddler classic doesn't capture anything because there's a security software in my case that always changes the proxy setting if I change it for Fiddler.

Fiddler Anywhere feels like a hack. It's only good for capturing when launching a browser from within it.
There's no functionality to capture http requests that come out from apps running on the machine. No capturing from apps that host browsers like webview.

Please make a tool that can capture requests from any app. See httpdebugger.com as an example. The tool need not depend on a proxy.

Actually, the Fiddler Classic has only one capturing mode—acting as a system proxy (system capturing mode).

The Fiddler Everywhere application, however, supports not only system capturing mode but also several other capturing modes, including browser capturing (which you highlighted), network capturing, reverse proxy, terminal capturing, and more. Information on the capturing modes supported by Fiddler Everywhere can be found in the following documentation articles.

Of course, for Fiddler (whether it is Classic or Everywhere), capturing traffic from a desktop application means that the application must adhere to the Fiddler proxy settings.
