Hi, We have over-shot the feature timing limit on our account due to a change we made recently to our application. We have changed our application so that it should no longer breach the limit. If possible, please can you reset our account so that we can start collecting data again before our next period starts on 6 May. Thanks, Derek Campbell Rider Levett Bucknall Victoria

Hi Eigil, Yes everything is working as expected thanks. Our first period expired and collection has picked up in the new period. Our app has been fixed to reduce the timings recorded. Regards, Derek Campbell IT Group Manager Rider Levett Bucknall
