With mouse down over the progress control. If the mouse's boundary is beyond that of the progress bar control the media locks. Can't play or pause the media.
Dragging the progress bar all the way to the end of the media is not possible. it just sits and jumps around, never getting all the way to the end.
The video only updates after the slider progress has changed. It should update as the progress bar is changing.

We confirm the issue with dragging the slider's thumb beyond the stream-progress boundary. We will address it as soon as possible and we will inform you in this thread. Please keep an eye on this thread for further information.
About the "video should update as the progress bar is changing":
The current development state of the RadMediaPlayer conforms to this scenario. Attached you can find an example application and drag the slider's thumb to test it (please wait until enough part of the video data is downloaded in order to avoid the lock-issue).

I tried to download your zipped file to test the project as I am having similar difficulties. The project would not build. VS 2008 states that a .xap file is missing from the debug directory.
