I am trying v5.0.20253.3311 for .NET 4.6.2.

When [File]-[Save]-[All Sessions] and input filename of Session Archive(*.saz) and [Save],

I see the following dialog:

Failed to save Session Archive. Could not load file or assembly 'netstandard, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Please let me know how to solve this problem.

Fiddler Classic will install the required NET version (which in this case is NET 4.6.2), but you are probably using an add-on (extension) that requires a different version of netstandard.dll. Another possibility is that the netstandard.dll is missing or corrupted.

You can try reinstalling Fiddler Classic completely to ensure that the netstandard.dll file is not corrupted or missing. If that does not resolve the issue, try the following:

- Uninstall Fiddler Classic and then reinstall it using a fresh copy from the official download page.

If that still does not resolve the problem, try the following:

- Download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 Runtime

- Reboot your PC

- Restart Fiddler Classic.
