I would like to have the pane tab extend out with the pane. Is such a thing possible? I have posted two images. The first shows what the unpinned pane looks like when it is collapsed. It just shows the pane tabs. I didn't have any trouble getting this to look right. However, the second image shows the look I'm supposed to accomplish when the unpinned pane is extended.

I am afraid this could not be accomplished with the RadDocking control. The RadPane represents the small tab and its content is placed in the RadPaneGroup. When a pane is unpinned, it's placed into an autohide area and when the tab is hovered, its content is shown via a popup. This is how the RadDocking works in this scenario.
