Where can I find the localization keys for the RadExpressionEditor?

I look at documentaton and there's nothing there yet...

Hi Marcelo,

Actually, RadExpressionEditor does not support localization for the time being. However, I have logged the request in our Public Issue Tracking System. I would encourage you to vote for it thus making its rating and priority higher.

Kind regards,

I thought that develop controls with localization was a pattern for Telerik.

But, ok. I already voted for it.

Hello Marcelo,

It is definitely a requirement for our controls to be localizable, but RadExpressionEditor present us with an engineering challenge that we have not faced before. Here are the glory details:

The main issue is that function definition which donates the description for each function is based on CLR MethodInfo's which are obviously defined in code. This means that we have to define an abstraction layer that wraps those method infos in another object which then can be localized. We have already implemented this infrastructure in place, but we did not manage to enable the localization in the time frame for the official release.

We will do our best to enable the localization support in one of our next official releases.
