Would it be possible to have an expression Theme for the Silverlight RAD controls, which would allow us to design the same color scheme and look & feel of Expression with your controls
This is something that I really need and I hope it can be done.
I tried the black office, but it's not close to the expression look & feel!
I hope it can be done for Q1.

Hello Ben,
We can change some of the brushes of the Office Black theme to achieve the same look and feel as the Expression Blend provides. Our front-end developer will prepare such a color variation of the Office Black theme for the forthcoming Q1. I hope that this timeframe is acceptable for you.

Nick, thank you for looking into and I think the Office Black would be great to start with and Q1 is good for me as well. I'm sure many designers will love your Expression Theme!

Nope - we spend a lot of efforts polising Vista and OfficeBlack themes. You can use the OfficeBlack theme as a base for the Expression theme and to change the brushes you need.
