Have you followed the steps described in the official documentation about Decrypting HTTPS traffic?

Dimitar hi,
Yes absolutely, and I have absolutely no problem enabling decryption.
The issue is with the "Export root certificate to desktop" not being available. See attached screenshots.
I've checked perms on folder and also tried running Fiddler with sudo, but no dice.
I'm not too familiar with OSX debugging so not sure where to look next, but feel free to share any steps you want me to carry out to trace, attach debugger, etc, if that helps.
Thanks

Sorry, I should also have mentioned that I was able to export the cert upon first launch. So the button was most definitely enabled at one point, so I was able to export it & add to keychain. I then went in and deleted the cert from the keychain shortly after, as part of troubleshooting & reinstalling Fiddler, due to the issue in my other post. In having a quick look at logs(open $TMPDIR) I see Fiddler might still be looking for that cert. Please rename attached logs from .png to .zip
Thanks
It seems that both this and the other issue you described are caused by the same thing. Could you, please, check the contents of Fiddler's persisted certificates folder ( located in $HOME/.fiddler/Certificates ). Is there a .p12 file present and what is its size?

Hey,
There is a cert and it's 2,722 byte (4kb on disk).
I tried to reproduce the described issue, but had no success in doing it. I need to ask you what version of Fiddler Everywhere are you currently using?
Also, if you want to do a clean install of Fiddler Everywhere, you can delete the ".fiddler" folder ( located in $HOME ).
