I usually export every day. Today, I went to export and it tells me "unsuccessful export". The only thing different I did today is added the Android splash page and the short name. I can export the other projects with no problem (those don't have the new features added). I even tried closing Granite out and reloading it, but same message. Please help.

BTW, I tried it in Mist and I keep getting file not found.

No webpage was found for the web address: https://app.icenium.com/api/projects/export/Court%20Clerk%20mConnect

Hi Lisa,

It is known issue we will address as soon as possible.

As temporally solution:

1. In Graphite select all your files and folders inside your project except cordova.js and project properties.
2. Create new project and delete all files and folders in it except cordova.js and project properties.
3. On project context menu select Paste.

This will fix your other issue with simulator too.

But doesn't that mean I'll have to do the provisioning all over again and get another certificate? Is this a temporary thing that you are working to fix that just happen...I mean I can wait a few hours. This just seems like a lot of work.

Hi,

No it will not need to import provisioning and certificates as they are shared among all your projects.

And steps provided will copy all files at once just wait for paste to finish for few minutes. The only thing you will lose is source control history same as with export.

All the best,

Hi Lisa,

Please use Icenium Mist to publish and upload you app to iTunes Connect.
Here is
documentation topic  that cover this functionality.

Let me know if you have any additional questions?

Whoa!!! When did yall sneak that in there? You guys are AWESOME!!!! I was around here trying to find a college that we could use their MAC to do this through Application Loader. I will be singing Icenium praises and if you need a testimony, please let us know, my agency will be happy to provide one. Okay cross your fingers everything goes good with iTunes.

Disregard my previous issue...it was my fault, I forgot to change my Properties to use the distribution certificate.

Well it hasn't gotten approved yet, I'm in review mode now, but once it does (thinking positively) I will definitely share the link and post my experience on the forum. Will be posting to Google Play as well, but that doesn't seem like such a complex process.

Hello Jan-Dirk,

Have you set an Android splashscreen on the project that fails to export?

Yes, that is correct. I have a splash screen. However, after removing it I still can't export and it seems I also can't run the solution in simulator anymore.

Kristina,

Thank you for your effort, but unfortunately I still can't export the project. I just tested this.

Could you please look into it one more time?

Jan-Dirk
