[Solved] Export iOS app for TestFlight

Is there a way in Icenium Mist or Graphite to build an app and get it out so I can upload it to TestFlight for deployment to testers?  I don't want to spend $99 right now for an app that may or may not get used by my brother-in-law's business to update their customers on pricing (what he pays for metal at his recycling company).

Hello Shaun,

It not intended for this purpose, but for iOS devices you can use Icenium Ion available as debugging tool for Mist. You can provide you beta testers with two QR codes to scan. And as a plus if they hold down tree fingers over the app they can auto update to latest version you just saved.

You can get two QR codes by doing Run > On Device > iOS.

As for Android just send them .apk file produced by Run > On Device.

For Android or for iOS?

You can do the following through Mist:
- Log in onto Mist
- Select your project and open it
- Click 'Run' on the top menu
- Click 'On device'
- Select 'Target platform'...

If you selected iOS (you need a QR scanner):
- Click: No provisions or want to avoid the hassle
- Make sure you have Ion on your iPhone or iPad, if you don't have it, you can download it from Apple Store
- If you have Ion, then click 'I have already installed Icenium Ion on my phone'
- Make a scan of the QR code and the App will be downloaded and shown through Ion
Send the QR code of both Ion and your App (through a copy/paste) by email to the people who are maybe going to use your app

If you selected Android:
- Click 'Build'
- After a while you will be presented with an APK that can be installed on Android phones/tables through an APK installer.
