Hi all,

In my telerik account, I have two projects. I wanted to export project as "Duplicate backend services to a new app". It worked, i saw new project in my workspace but when i wanted to open it, the progress icon visualized, the address bar was updated but it immedately returned to workspace view. I have tried it with different project and the result was same. After all, i tried to created a new project. I saw new project in my workspace again but the result was same. The project couldn't be opened.

Is there any problem in my account?

Hi Ilkay,

This would not be an expected behavior when working with existing apps or trying to open a newly created app and it is most probably a caching issue. Would you please try logging out and clearing the cookies of the browser? You can follow those steps:
  • In all browsers, log out from platform.telerik.com and telerik.com.
  • Clear the cache and your browser cookies for app.icenium.com and platform.telerik.com in all browsers. In case you use Google Chrome, please make sure to select clear cookies from beginning of time.
Let me know if this resolves the problem.
