Hi,

I'm having a problem with the ExpanderControl and its new UseOptimizedMeasure.

For some reason, if that one is set to true, It causes tap events to be sometimes called from inside the collapsed content when tapping the header. I have not been able to reproduce this 100% of the time, but the problem disappears if I remove the UseOptimizedMeasure.
