Expand First Item in the list of items for the

Using your examples and making this simple change to have the items expanded by default does not appear to work.

<telerikPrimitives:RadExpanderControl Foreground="{StaticResource PhoneForegroundBrush}" IsExpanded="True"

Is this a bug?

This was an issue in RadExpanderControl which we have already addressed. Can you please let me know which version of the controls you are using so that I can check what's exactly going on?
