How to Expand or collapse Single TileViewItem..

Hi Krishna Surapaneni,

 I prepared a project for you where a single RadTileViewItem is used and you can use its Restored and Maximized mode ( I guess this is what you call Expand/Collapse). Note that the RestoredWidth and RestoredHeight properties are set. Please check out the project and let us know if this is what you need.
