Exception while using Filter

Hello Telerik,

     I am getting this exception when i click on 'equal to ' dropdown in filter window in radgridview .

   Not getting why this is raising .
  please suggest any solution

Please, open a separate support ticket and attach the sample project that is doing this. We will then debug it and see why is this happening.
