I have a Timeline control that displays groups. I have used the example in your demos for keeping groups expanded by creating an implicit style for TimelineItemGroupControl and setting the IsExpanded property to true.This works, but when I try and update the DataSource of the Timeline an "Object not set to an instance of an object" exception is thrown. This exception only seems to be thrown when the groups are expanded. If you collapse them and then update the data source, no exception is thrown.

We are aware of this problem and it is already fixed. The fix is part of Q1 2013 SP1 - please refer to our release notes for additional information. In case the problem persists, please open a new support ticket and send me a simple running project demonstration the problem.
