This is a follow-up to your previous request #15611 "How dows Downloads/Day work..." Hi S?ren, Two exceptions that should be registered by eqatec was logged, and quickly filled out the 500/exceptions per month. So no new exceptions until 18/12. What are my options? I do not really need to update, my 2000 sessions limit is good enough for now until I see the long-term effects. BR, Mattias

Hi Mattias I might say you should upgrade to a larger account, but I'm pretty sure that's not the answer you are looking for :) I definitely see the issue where (for some reason) a single exception is eating up the entire monthly budget and we stop accepting exception data quickly, thus leaving you with no exception data for some part of the month. Unfortunately we currently have no way of "ignoring" or "skipping" certain exceptions in favor of others. I certainly see the scenario where such a feature would be relevant but for now, we have nothing in place. I'll be happy to forward your question to someone in charge of the commercial side of things to see if you can work out some way of upping the limit on your account for a limited time if you'd like? Hope this clarifies things (since I couldn't solve the issue for you) Best regards Soren EQATEC Team

A simple solution would just be that I paid another $70 to start my new month directly. Good enough for me. It was a bit unlucky you did your price structure change halfway through my test. I see that your focus is now Enterprice customers, and since we are too small to pay $6000/year there is a conflict. I really like your system! And the support you are giving. /mattias

Hi Mattias, We'll reset your month. Due to changes to our server setup we cannot do this before tomorrow. Good to hear that you enjoy our service! Best regards, Eigil Rosager Poulsen EQATEC Team
