- When adding a Delete action on MVC Grid with Server binding, it works great for all other rows except the first row.

For the first row, click on delete action doesn't fire any event. Is this a known bug?

This was happening due to Nested Forms. The Grid delete actions renders itself as a form with post action and there was another Form on the page already.
