We are currently using C1FlexGrid to have this feature in our product, but we'd like to rely only on Telerik components.
Is something similar planned in RadDataGrid?
We interested primarily in custom cell merging in mentioned control.

While this is not supported out-of-the-box in RadGridView I'm very excited to announce that we are working on advanced spreadsheet component.
