I am trying to add data to some tables and the table never opens. I get the kit car animated gif and it never opens.  I have tried this in 3 versions of explorer and Firefox, the latest version.

This seems to occur more on an empty table, but could happen at any time in the interface.

Hello James,

Do you happen to have any cloud code entered? Sometimes when you enter cloud code and it has some problems it also breaks the grids in the Everlive backend portal.

This is why we have an option to stop cloud code from executing for requests from the portal. The option is turned off by default, but you can turn it on from the Settings menu of the application.

Aside from that, I cannot think of a reason for what you describe. Did it happen from the very beginning or started to happen recently?

Thanks.

Hello Lyubomir,

I have not put in any cloud code yet.  A nice feature I do plan to use later.  I created tables, put in some files and filled out a couple of tables with data.  I also got rid of a couple sample ids (? maybe the reason) ... I then went to put in some data and all my tables now don't open. I can see the first header open, but it never loads completely and I can't some default data.

I have not hit a limit I can see, so it is just hanging.  Tables are small, only a few added fields.

Very frustrating.

I am deleting and rebuilding tables and that seems to work.  Not sure why it didn't like my old tables.  Don't have time to figure it out beyond just fixing the issue this way.

Hello James,

I am sorry to hear that you had to recreate your structure.

We have only experienced similar behavior with wrong cloud code, but since you do not have any such code, the problem lies somewhere else.

If this happens again we could investigate it further.
