Error with RadTreeview and Windows7 theme

I am not able to run the RadTreeview after creating the application in Blend3.I have attached the error Image.

and

I am not able to apply theme windows7 for RadPanel bar.

Error :When I run the page I am not able to expand the panelbar I will get error l have attached the Image.
