Hi,
I am not able to send the collected data back to Eqatec server. This is the error I have:
Failed to read server response; HTTP status ProtocolError: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.
Could you please help to look into it? Thank you.

If your app is .NET then please take a look here: http://support.eqatec.com/entries/21093363-Proxy-on-NET
In a way it's considered "best practice" to setup the proxy-settings as described above, because that ensures delivery of statistics data. We're investigating to what extend our monitor module could do this automatically, but for now you will have to manually perform one of the extra steps described in the link above.
