So I've got two issues here.  One is a grammatical error in the Silverlight RadUpload default widget itself.

The string "Some of selected files are restricted by:" is grammatically incorrect and should read  "Some of the selected files are restricted by:"

The second part of my problem is the question How do I change the error message on "Some of the selected files are restricted by" ?

Hi Alex,

Thank you for reporting the grammatical error, we'll make sure to fix it. Also, this error message  is controlled through a resource string and you can easily change its value if you create a custom localization manager.

I created a sample solution containing all RadUpload localization strings (they are also described in our documentation). The string you need is named UploadRestriction. Please have a look at the solution and let us know if you need any further information.
